Group therapy is a unique therapeutic environment that offers distinct advantages such as cost- effectiveness, a sense of community and belonging through shared experiences, enhanced social and communication skills, exposure to diverse perspectives and coping strategies, improved self-awareness and empathy, and increased accountability.
Our Group will provide a supportive, confidential environment, where members can learn from each other, gain new insights, and develop confidence while working toward shared goals.
Our Group is a place where men can openly discuss personal challenges, gain support from other men, and learn healthy ways to cope with life’s difficulties in a confidential and judgment-free environment.

When: The group will meet Wednesday’s at 7pm starting in January of 2026 for 60 to 90 minutes.
(Duration will depend on the size of the group)
Where: Our meetings will take place, in person, at 2430 Estancia Blvd. Suite 106 in Clearwater Florida.
Registration: Call or Text Richard Tifft at 727-223-1625 to get setup to attend.
Cost: $55 per session – Payments will be collected in advance of each meeting.
Group Size: Each meeting is limited to 10 members.
